It is important that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions that apply to this contract before signing. If there are any terms that you do not understand or wish to agree to, you must consult the Paintball X website BEFORE signing. Only sign this agreement if you wish to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here and on the reverse-side of the Paintball X tickets.

• Book online at www.paintballxltd.com or call 0203 869 9192.

• Try to book at least two weeks ahead.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Your choice of date may not be available but alternative dates will always be offered.

• These tickets can be redeemed at all Paintball X affiliated paintball centres in the UK.

• When you make a booking at a Paintball X centre you will be required to pay the booking office for the first 100 paintballs, at a cost of £9.99 per person.

• Paintballs are NOT included in the purchase price of the tickets. This fee is for entry and equipment.

• Additional paintballs can be purchased on the day of your event at paintball centres for £7.99 per 100 in bulk (1000 paintballs), or £9.99 per 100 in smaller quantities. Paintball prices are correct at time of printing and are subject to change.

• Only paintballs supplied by the paintball centre on the day of your event may be used at the centre.

 

Age Restrictions

The minimum age at national paintball centres is 8 yrs of age. The event is NOT suitable for birthday parties where some of the children will be 7 yrs old or younger. No person under 7 yrs of age may participate.

• Food is not included.

• Paintball X tickets provide entry to local centres. Local paintball centres do not provide full-head masks or body armour and their paintball prices & minimum age may vary (typically 12 yrs of age but may, on the rare occasion, be higher at some local centres). Local paintball centres may require a further minimum purchase of paintballs per person before the paintball day commences. • Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control and the location map is for guidance only. Paintball X simply undertakes to maintain redemption agreements covering a minimum of ten such participating venues.

• If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the pre-payment and paintballs will be forfeited.

 

Prices

All prices quoted for booking packages are for payments made in person. Payments in this format are final and cannot be altered or amended in any way. Meaning that once paid you will not be able to change the date of your booking and if any member of your party is unable to attend the date booked. Then that payment is forfeited and you will need to contact the bookings team to discuss this in more detail. Payments made via phone to the advice centre attract a service fee of 6.99%. The booking can be changed to another date if you wish (subject to availability), that credits will be issued in respect of any players who fail to attend and that these players may attend a game on a date of your choosing in the future without further payment (again, subject to availability).
